METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced.
  2. place vegetables in a baking dish and toss with oil. roast for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. turn twice during the cooking.
  3. meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on the packet. drain.
  4. in a large bowl combine MAGGI tasty cheese sauce mix and water and whisk well. gently toss in vegetables, pasta, feta and olives.
  5. serve sprinkled with basil and if desired a little parmesan cheese.
