  1. cook fettucine according to packet directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. place onion, garlic, eggplant and capsicum in a large saucepan over high heat; add tomatoes and MAGGI original seasoning; bring to the boil. cover and cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes or until thick.
  3. stir in olives and zucchini and cook a further 5 minutes. add fettucine; cook just until heated through.
