METHOD

  1. cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and keep warm.
  2. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add prawns, stir until prawns are cooked, remove from pan. add garlic and leek to pan, cook 1 minute.
  3. add peas, cook further 1 minute. blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; add to the pan with remaining milk and mustard, stir until sauce boils and thickens slightly, stir in prawns, cheese and pasta; cook just until heated through.
