METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 23cm x 12cm loaf pan with baking paper.
  2. combine flour, sugar, nuts and sultanas; stir in CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk, mix until well combined.
  3. spoon into prepared pan. bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
