in a medium bowl, beat egg and sugar together until light and creamy; beat in chocolate mixture and nescafÉ blend 43. sift NESTLÉ baking cocoa, flour, bicarbonate of soda and cinnamon; fold into chocolate mixture.
divide between prepared pans and bake 12-15 minutes or until a skewer insertedinto the centre comes out clean. cool in pans, then freeze until firm.
