METHOD

  1. prepare MAGGI world flavours mince chow mein as directed on the packet using the water, MAGGI 2 minute noodles beef flavour, oil, beef, onion, cabbage and vegetables.
  2. prepare bok choy by heating oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. add bok choy and stir fry 1-2 minutes. add MAGGI premium oyster sauce and ginger and cook 30 seconds.
  3. serve bok choy with mince chow mein.
