Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat; add oil and chicken; brown well. Add onion and curry, cook 2 minutes. Add carrot, zucchini and potatoes, cook 2 minutes, stir in water and Maggi original seasoning. Bring to the boil, simmer, covered, 10-15 minutes.
Blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk; add to the pan with remaining milk and peas. bring to the boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. serve with rice.
