METHOD

  1. heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add onion, garlic and chilli, cook until soft.
  2. add rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. add tomato puree and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. add stock, MAGGI original seasoning, carrots, peas and beans; bring to the boil.
