  1. Boil water and pour into cup, add gelatine and stir until dissolved and free of lumps. Set aside
  2. Place the NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and sugar in a pot on low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved
  3. Add mango puree and gelatine and mix until smooth, bring to a gentle boil then pour into glasses or ramekins and place in the refrigerator to set (About 4 hours) Garnish with fresh mango or fresh fruits of your choice.
