Preheat oven to 200°c. Lightly grease a 2 1/2 lt capacity ovenproof dish.
Cook macaroni according to packed directions, drain.
In a medium saucepan, whisk together NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, water, MAGGI chicken stock powder and egg yolks. Heat gently until sauce starts to boil, stirring constantly. combine with macaroni, green onions and cheese.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Fold into mixture, spoon into prepared dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
