METHOD

  1. cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and set aside. meanwhile, heat a medium frying pan, spray with oil; add bacon and onion, cook 3 minutes, add mushrooms, cook further 1 minute.
  2. blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; add to pan with remaining creamy cooking milk, bring to boil stirring, add pasta, remove from heat and stir through baby spinach leaves.
  3. sprinkle with parmesan cheese. serve immediately.
