METHOD

  1. coat lamb lightly with flour. heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat; brown lamb. add onions and potatoes, cook 2 minutes. add garlic, cook 1 minute or until fragrant. .
  2. add combined MAGGI lamb ragout recipe base, water, mustard and tomato paste. bring to boil stirring, reduce heat, and simmer covered 30 minutes.
  3. serve with steamed green vegetables.
