METHOD

  1. grease and line a 21 x 36cm swiss roll pan with baking paper. combine melted butter and biscuits, press firmly into prepared pan. refrigerate.
  2. dissolve gelatine in boiling water, reserve. in a medium bowl add NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, reserved gelatine mix and lemon juice, beat until well combined. pour over biscuit base, refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  3. make jelly as per packet instructions, adding in extra gelatine. cool mixture. once cooled, pour over chilled base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. cut into squares using a warm knife.
