METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease 22 x 28cm deep baking dish.
  2. heat a medium frypan over medium heat, spray with oil; add bacon, onion, garlic and rosemary, cook for 5 minutes or until golden.
  3. arrange one-third of potatoes, overlapping slightly, over base of prepared baking dish; spoon one-third of bacon mixture over potatoes. repeat twice.
  4. combine milk and MAGGI vegetable sensations three cheese potato bake recipe mix, pour over potato, top with parmesan, cover with aluminium foil and bake for 35 minutes, remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes or until cooked through; stand 5 minutes.
