preheat oven to 190°c/170°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
place plaistowe premium dark chocolate, marshmallows, peanuts, cherries and coconut in a large bowl. add egg whites and mix until combined.
using a round 10. 5 cm cutter, cut 16 discs from pastry sheets, place a spoonful of chocolate mixture on one half of the disc, leaving 1cm border around the edge, brush edges with egg yolk. fold the other side of the pastry over the chocolate mixture to enclose, use a fork to press down and seal the edges, repeat with remaining mixture and pastry. glaze with remaining egg yolk.
place on prepared trays and bake for 15- 20 minutes or until golden. serve warm. dust with icing sugar if desired.
