  1. cook rice according to packet directions. drain and keep warm.
  2. heat a medium saucepan over medium heat; spray with oil; add onion; cook 2 minutes; add coriander, cumin, turmeric and garlic; cook 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
  3. add the beef and cook for 5 minutes or until brown. add tomatoes, MAGGI original seasoning and water; bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. add zucchini and sweet potato; simmer for a further 20 minutes or until tender.
