METHOD

heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; add steak, cook 2 minutes or until browned lightly; remove from pan.

reheat saucepan over medium heat; add onion, potato and carrots; cook 3 minutes or until onion is soft; add cabbage, celery, tomato paste, MAGGI original seasoning, stock and steak; bring to the boil, reduce heat, simmer, covered 15 minutes.
