preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper.
beat butter and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until creamy. beat in eggs and plaistowe 70% cocoa chocolate. fold in sultanas, ground hazelnuts and sifted flours.
spoon into prepared pan and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. bake 45 minutes. cool before cutting into squares.
