Preheat oven to 150°C/130°C fan forced.
Combine cream, Nestlé BAKERS’ CHOICE Gold CHOC BITS and golden syrup in a medium saucepan; stir over low heat until melted and mixture is smooth; cool 15 minutes.
Beat egg yolks well in large jug. Gradually add cream mixture to egg mixture, whisk until smooth. Strain.
Divide mixture among six ¾ cup (190mL) ovenproof dishes. Place dishes in a baking tray; pour enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of dishes. Bake 50 minutes or until just firm on the outer edges but still a little wiggle in the centre of the brulee. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, sprinkle brulees with sugar, use a domestic blow torch to caramelise the sugar.
