METHOD

  1. In a heavy based saucepan add coconut; stirring for 5 minutes (without browning coconut). Pour in Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix until well combined; stir through cardamom and cashews mixing until it thicken and forms a sticky dough. Take off heat. Allow to cool for 7 minutes or until it is cool enough to roll into balls.
  2. Divide mixture into 14 even portions, rolling between greased ghee palms until a smooth ball forms, then roll in extra coconut and top with pistachios.
