preheat oven to 170ºc/150ºc fan forced. line a 12-hole (1/3-cup/80ml) muffin pan with paper cases.
beat butter and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk until light and fluffy; beat in eggs. fold in sifted flour and NESTLÉ dark choc bits with milk, mix well.
divide mixture evenly among prepared cases. bake 20-25 minutes, turn out to cool on wire rack.
to make frosting: combine all ingredients in a bowl; using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. spread top of cakes with frosting, decorate as desired with easter eggs. use wonka raspberry twists to make basket handles.
