beat butter and NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until light and fluffy; beat in eggs. fold in sifted flour and NESTLÉ dark choc bits with milk, mix well.
divide mixture evenly among prepared cases. bake 20-25 minutes, turn out to cool on wire rack.
to make frosting: combine all ingredients in a bowl; using an electric mixer, beat until creamy. spread top of cakes with frosting, decorate as desired with easter eggs. use wonka raspberry twists to make basket handles.
