preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper.
beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy; fold in flour; divide mixture evenly between 2 bowls, set aside.
melt plaistowe premium dark chocolate and butter together; fold in sifted NESTLÉ baking cocoa and nescafÉ blend 43. cool slightly, then stir into one half of the egg mixture.
melt NESTLÉ white melts and extra butter together, cool slightly. stir through remaining egg mixture.
pour dark chocolate mixture into the prepared pan, then top with the white chocolate mixture.
bake 40 minutes or until cooked. cool in pan before cutting into squares. serve dusted with extra NESTLÉ baking cocoa if desired.
