METHOD

  1. cook pasta according to directions on pack, drain and keep warm.
  2. blend 2 tablespoons of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk with cornflour; place in a large saucepan with remaining milk, garlic, lemon zest, zucchini and dill; bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  3. stir in salmon and pasta; cook just until heated through.
