METHOD

  1. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add chicken, brown; remove from pan; keep warm.
  2. add vegetables to frying pan over medium heat, cook 2 minutes. blend 2 tablespoons of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and cornflour. add to the pan with remaining milk; bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. stir in mustard and add chicken. simmer, covered, for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
