  1. Cook spaghetti for the creamy prawn pasta according to directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
  2. Heat a frying pan over high heat; spray with oil; add prawns, cook until prawns just change colour and are cooked through, remove from pan to use for later with the prawn spaghetti. add garlic and leek to the pan, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add peas, cook further for 1 minute. blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk to fortify the base of the creamy prawn pasta; add to pan with remaining milk and mustard; stir until sauce boils; add prawns and pasta to complete the prawn spaghetti; cook until the prawn spaghetti is just heated through.
