Preheat oven to 200°c. grease a 6 cup capacity ovenproof dish.
Cook pasta according to the directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
Melt butter in pan, add garlic and onion and cook 3-4 minutes.
Add flour, cook for 1 minute
Add water, chicken stock powder, mixed herbs, crushed tomatoes, saltbush, mountain pepper, bush tomato and NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, bring to boil stirring constantly, remove from heat.
Stir in pasta, chicken, celery, red capsicum, carrot, zucchini and mushrooms then spoon into prepared dish. top with cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
