METHOD

  1. combine cornmeal, bicarbonate of soda and flour in bowl, make a well in the centre.
  2. pour in margarine, CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, corn and green onions; stir until combined.
  3. spray a non-stick frying pan with spray oil; heat on medium; cook tablespoonfuls of corn mixture until top has set. turn and brown other side.
