preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease a 12 hole friand pan or a 12 hole (1/3 cup/80ml) muffin pan.
combine water and nescafÉ blend 43 and mix until dissolved. add to a medium bowl with oil, flour, sugar, hazelnut meal and egg whites. stir until just combined.
spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked. stand for 5 minutes before turning out.
