  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. combine flour and sugar in a large bowl, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  3. stir in CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk, mix well until combined; turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead lightly until smooth. roll out to 2 cm thickness. cut into rounds with a scone cutter.
  4. place scones close together on prepared tray; bake 12-15 minutes until golden. serve warm with jam and whipped cream.
