preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper.
sift NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flours into a large bowl; stir in sugar and walnuts.
whisk together yoghurt, oil, egg whites and vanilla; pour over dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
spread into prepared pan and smooth the surface; bake 30 minutes or until cooked.
cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning out to cool; cut into squares; dust with icing sugar.
