METHOD

  1. heat a large frying pan over high heat. add oil and lamb; brown well. add combined MAGGI cook in the pot chilli con carne recipe base, water, baked beans and tomato paste.
  2. bring to the boil; reduce heat, simmer, covered 5 minutes.
  3. slit pita bread open. fill with lamb mixture and tabouli. sprinkle with cheese and serve.
