METHOD

  1. combine chicken with paprika.
  2. heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat; add chicken and bacon, brown well.
  3. add onion, garlic and mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
  4. blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; add to the frying pan with remaining milk and mustard; bring to the boil, stirring; simmer 1 minute.
  5. stir in lemon juice and parsley.
