add onion, mushrooms and garlic, cook 2-3 minutes.
combine MAGGI roast chicken gravy mix, water and wine. add to the pan; bring to the boil, stirring. reduce heat to low and cook 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
stir in parsley before serving.
