METHOD

  1. heat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat; add onion, garlic, ginger and chicken. stir fry 3-4 minutes or until chicken browns lightly.
  2. add MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, green onions and coriander; stir fry 2 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
  3. serve with steamed jasmine rice.
