  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. lightly oil an ovenproof dish.
  2. cut a pocket into each chicken fillet. place sliced camembert into each pocket and sprinkle with tarragon. secure pockets with tooth picks.
  3. roll chicken in sauce mix. place in prepared dish, sprinkle with extra tarragon, add tomatoes and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil.
  4. bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
