              METHOD
- 
          prepare MAGGI favourites butter chicken recipe base following the directions on the packet using the chicken, cream, onion and butter.
 - 
          meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, add onion; cook for 2 minutes. add rice, ginger, garam masala and turmeric; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
 - 
          add the stock and mushrooms; bring to the boil, stirring, then cover the pan and simmer over a very low heat for 12-15 minutes, or until the rice ins tender and the liquid is absorbed.
 - 
          serve butter chicken with spicy rice with mushrooms and naan bread, if desired.
