combine MAGGI tasty cheese sauce mix, milk and water in a small saucepan. bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for 2 minutes. remove from heat; press plastic wrap on the surface of the sauce to prevent a skin; set aside.
place 6cm hot water in a large saucepan; bring to the boil. break eggs into water; simmer over a low heat, for 4 minutes or until the yolks are just set.
meanwhile, toast muffins and spread with mustard. place in a shallow ovenproof dish. top each muffin with avocado, tomato and ham.
remove eggs from water and drain thoroughly. place an egg on top of each muffin; spoon sauce over the eggs and top with cheese.
cook under a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts and the sauce bubbles. sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately .
