METHOD

  1. blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk. add blended cornflour, remaining CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and garlic to small saucepan; stir until mixture boils and thickens slightly. transfer mixture to blender or food processor bowl. cool 10 minutes.
  2. add cheese, mustard, vinegar and anchovy to blender or food processor bowl; blend or process until smooth. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
