blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk. add blended cornflour, remaining CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and garlic to small saucepan; stir until mixture boils and thickens slightly. transfer mixture to blender or food processor bowl. cool 10 minutes.

add cheese, mustard, vinegar and anchovy to blender or food processor bowl; blend or process until smooth. cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
