METHOD

  1. heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium high heat. brown beef in batches; remove and cover to keep warm.
  2. add onion and capsicum; cook 2 minutes. add paprika; blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, pouring remaining milk into the pan; stir in blended cornflour. bring to the boil; add beef and tomato paste. simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. serve with steamed potatoes and beans.
