  1. soak bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes. preheat barbecue or grill.
  2. thread a lemon quarter and three prawns onto each skewer. combine MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, juice, soy sauce and ginger, mixing well; brush over prawns.
  3. cook prawns on barbecue or grill, turning once after 3 minutes. brush with remaining sauce mixture during cooking. squeeze juice from barbecued lemon over prawns before eating.
