preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a baking tray with baking paper.
heat a small frying pan over medium heat; add onion, cook 1 minute; add bacon, cook a further 2 minutes or until tender. transfer to a medium bowl; cool. add cheese and MAGGI sweet chilli sauce; mix well.
cut each pastry sheet in half; then each half into three equal pieces. this will give you a total of 12 rectangles. divide bacon mixture evenly between pastry; brush edges with egg; fold pastry over and press edges, forming pillows. place onto prepared baking tray; brush tops with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
bake 15 minutes or until golden. serve with extra MAGGI sweet chilli sauce if desired.
