METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced and lightly spray a muffin tray.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in centre. Whisk vegetable oil, milk, vanilla and eggs in a large jug. Add oil mixture to well. Using a wooden spoon, stir until just combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into 24 paper cases and bake for 25mins.
  4. The fun part - decorating! Use some chocolate icing and spread a thing layer on top of the cupcakes, next add ALLEN’S jelly beans to make flower petals, and Snakes and Bananas for the stems and leaves.
