1. place chicken stock in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. using a fork, stir in couscous, capsicum, corn, chicken, parsley and MAGGI sweet chilli sauce; remove from heat, cover and stand for 5 minutes.
3. fluff up with the fork and serve.
this is a great way to use up leftover chicken or use a barbecue chicken.
