  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain, keep warm.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and garlic, cook 1 minute.
  3. Combine NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and cornflour and add to the pan with cheeses, bring to boil, stirring.
  4. Stir in pepper, tomato and half the basil and pour over pasta, toss through. Serve topped with remaining basil.
