  1. heat a large saucepan over medium heat; spray with oil; add onion; cook 3–4 minutes, until soft. add garlic, chilli and coriander, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  2. add sweet potato and stock. bring to the boil; simmer, partially covered, for 20 minutes, or until sweet potato is tender. cool slightly; purée in a blender until smooth.
  3. return to the saucepan; add MAGGI original seasoning and CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; reheat gently; stir through coriander and garnish with extra whole leaves if desired.
  4. cm wall; bake rolls on an oven tray, in a preheated 210ºc/190°c fan forced oven for 5 minutes or until crisp. place rolls onto serving plates, fill with soup; sprinkle with fresh coriander.
