METHOD

  1. place vegetables into a pan of boiling water; cook for 1 minute. drain, rinse under cold water.
  2. whisk eggs, water and MAGGI original seasoning in a large bowl. stir in vegetables; mix well.
  3. melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat; pour in egg mixture. cook until eggs are set but the top is still moist.
  4. sprinkle with cheese; place under a preheated grill; cook until golden.
