METHOD

  1. Step 1
    Cut the radishes into thin slices and place them in a bowl. Squeeze half a lime over and add a little salt. Let it marinate until it's time to assemble the burger.
  2. Step 2
    Wasabi mayonnaise: Mix wasabi and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Step 3
    Cut the avocado into slices and squeeze the other half of the lime over the avocado. Set aside.
  4. Step 4
    Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces and fry them in a little oil on high heat, top with teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
  5. Step 5
    Cut onions into rings. Mix flour and milk together in a bowl and dip onion in the mixture. Fry the dipped onion rings until golden brown in plenty of sunflower oil. Then place the rings on a sheet of kitchen paper to get rid of excess oil.
  6. Step 6
    Grill the Harvest Gourmet Sensational™ Burger according to the instructions on the pack. Fry or grill the burger buns as well until golden brown.
  7. Step 7
    Time to assemble your burger! Start with the bottom of the burger bun and spread the wasabi mayonnaise on the bread. Then add the spinach leaves and Sensational™ Burger. Top the burger with avocado, shiitake mushrooms and the marinated radishes. Finish by spreading wasabi mayonnaise on the other half of the bread and place it on top. Then it was finally time to eat!
