Step 1Preheat the oven to 180ºC/160 ºC fan-forced.

Step 2Heat half the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add capsicums, zucchini, and onion; sauté until softened; remove from pan; set aside and keep warm. Heat remaining oil in pan; cook Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips over low to medium heat for 4-7 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3Divide veggie mixture and Harvest Gourmet Chargrilled Strips amongst wraps; and fold them like a cone and secure with a skewer. Place them on a baking tray and bake for 3-5 minutes or unit warmed through. Meanwhile; Mix the yoghurt with mayonnaise and season with lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper. Mix in finely chopped dill. Serve with the wraps.
