Step 1Heat half the oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat; cook HARVEST GOURMET Mince Balls according to directions on pack. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Step 2Using same heated pan, add remaining oil, onion, capsicum and garlic to the pan; cook for 2-3 minutes or until just tender. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, maple syrup, paprika, cumin, and chilli powder, if using. Stir to combine; simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 3Add chickpeas and olives. Stir to combine. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Add a little extra water if tomato mixture is thickening too much. Season to taste. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
