Step 1Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat; add onion and garlic, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened. Add HARVEST GOURMET Mince Balls to pan and cook according to directions on pack. Remove mixture from pan and keep warm.
Step 2Using same heated pan, add butter, heat until melted and foaming, add flour; cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Gradually add stock; stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Step 3Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and soy, stir to combine. Return meatballs, onion and garlic mixture to pan; simmer for a further 2 minutes or until thickened and meatballs are heated through.
Step 4Meanwhile, microwave or steam zucchini noodles for 2 minutes. Serve meatballs over zoodles. Serve with steamed broccoli, if desired.
